👋 About the Team

The Infra Team designs, builds, and establishes the foundation for Nota’s internal AI and service infrastructure in a production-ready form. The team covers a wide range of areas, including GPUs, servers, networks, storage, security, access control, operational automation, cost visibility, and documentation systems. Rather than simply maintaining infrastructure, we are driving both practical platform development and the standardization of operational processes.

This position is not for an operator of a single infrastructure domain. We are looking for an execution-oriented Core System Engineer who can understand infrastructure as a whole and take ownership from implementation to operational stabilization.

📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

In this position, you will play a key role in building and operating the core initiatives within our integrated infrastructure roadmap. You will work hands-on across various infrastructure domains, including GPU platforms, networks, storage, access control, security, observability, Edge Lab, and DevSecOps, while leading efforts to standardize and establish scalable operating systems beyond day-to-day operations.

You will also gain experience in building truly production-ready infrastructure, covering design, runbooks, validation, and disaster recovery processes. Through this, you will be able to expand your career as a system engineer with both breadth and depth across infrastructure domains.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Build and operate GPU and virtualization infrastructure, and establish resource operation policies.
  • Build, validate, and operate data center/branch networks and power infrastructure
  • Build and operate distributed storage and shared data infrastructure
  • Build and operate infrastructure related to accounts, access control, security, and audit systems
  • Establish operational standards for infrastructure visibility, observability, and DevSecOps
  • Build and support Edge Device Lab and asset operation systems
  • Establish operational documentation, runbooks, validation systems, and governance processes

✅ Requirements

  • Experience in Linux server operations and system troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience across infrastructure areas such as networks, storage, virtualization, security, and operational automation.
  • Experience in stabilizing operations after implementation, responding to incidents, and establishing recovery procedures.
  • Ability to create infrastructure design documents, operational documents, runbooks, checklists, and other technical documentation.
  • Basic scripting skills required for operational automation, such as Shell Script, Python, and IaC.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and drive tasks through to completion.
  • No restrictions on overseas travel.

✅ Pluses

  • Experience operating related technology stacks such as GPU servers, AI infrastructure, Proxmox, Ceph, Kubernetes, Teleport, and Vault
  • Experience building data center networks, 25G/100G switching, power infrastructure, and rack infrastructure
  • Experience establishing FinOps, observability, showback/chargeback, or cost tagging systems
  • Experience operating DevSecOps processes such as Packer, Golden Image, CI/CD, SCA, and SBOM
  • Experience with Edge Devices, Jetson series devices, remote device operations, or asset management systems
  • Experience with disaster recovery, DR rehearsals, cutover validation, and operational runbook adoption
  • Experience quickly learning new tools and platforms and translating them into improvements in operating systems

✅ Hiring Process

  • Document Screening → 1st Interview → 2nd Interview → 3rd Interview → Offer → Hire

(Additional assignments may be included during the process.)
