The AI-Industry Team serves as a bridge between complex real-world industrial challenges and cutting-edge AI technologies. We are currently addressing critical problems such as predictive maintenance and accident prevention across industries including manufacturing, construction, and retail, powered by Nota’s unique AI capabilities.
While many companies are attempting to adopt AI, the reality is that most initiatives still remain at the level of one-off system integration projects due to the complexity of on-site environments. We go beyond that. By learning from the core pain points identified through individual projects and abstracting them into scalable AI products, we aim to establish market-leading standards and transform the industrial landscape.
📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
In this role, you will lead the entire journey of designing and commercializing strategic products that can become first movers in the industrial AX market, backed by strong support from both the company and the team.
You will gain end-to-end business experience by validating market opportunities through strategic communication with external partners and potential customers, while also working closely with internal technical teams to turn ideas into actual products.
Rather than solving isolated customer issues, you will extract common patterns from complex requirements and translate them into scalable AI products. This is a role where a senior PM can fully demonstrate advanced product thinking and solution design capabilities.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and value propositions based on industrial AX market dynamics, competitive landscapes, domain knowledge, and customer pain points, and establish mid- to long-term product roadmaps
- Support co-sales activities for potential customers and build strategic collaboration frameworks with partners through effective business communication
- Lead AI-driven product development by translating technical constraints into functional specifications, refining development priorities, and closely coordinating with internal tech teams to ensure timely product launches
✅ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT service or solution PM roles, or equivalent expertise
- Proven experience in designing and developing AI products and bringing them to market or through commercialization stages
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to structure complex industrial problems using data and logic and turn them into highly actionable plans
- Sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers and participate in technical discussions
- No restrictions on regional business travel or long-term stays

- Experience in industrial domains such as manufacturing, construction, or retail
- Experience leading B2B SaaS solutions or large-scale AI solution projects
- Experience driving 0-to-1 product development and scale-up initiatives
- Proficiency in English or other languages for negotiation and business communication

The problems we are trying to solve, and the way we approach them, cannot be easily explained through existing examples or precedents. There are no clear answers around us, and we face new challenges every day. In the AI industry, new paths ultimately have to be created firsthand.
Computer Vision has long been regarded as a key technology for solving a wide range of industrial problems, and many efforts have already been made in this area. However, feedback from the field clearly shows that CV alone has reached its limits in addressing increasingly complex real-world needs.
To move beyond those limitations, we need new technological approaches, including VLM, as well as ideas grounded in a deep understanding of the field and a strong ability to execute.
Many of the customers we have already met are highly motivated to adopt our new solutions in order to better fulfill their responsibilities for safety and operations across diverse industrial environments. Because we are building something that has never existed before and must deliver real customer satisfaction, this journey will not be easy. It requires a high level of ownership and accountability.
At the same time, it is an exceptionally rewarding role. Every day, you will solve new problems and witness firsthand how the changes you create influence both the company and the industry.
What is technically possible, and how it will truly work in the market, has not yet been fully defined. Our mission is to resolve that uncertainty one step at a time, and we are looking for someone to join us on that journey.
