👋 About ​the ​Team

The ​Finance Team ​supports Nota’s financial stability ​and ​long-term growth ​through a wide ​range of ​functions. ​The team ​is ​composed ​of accounting, finance, ​IR, ​and government project ​management ​units, ​and is responsible ​for areas ​such ​as tax, ​overseas subsidiary ​management, ​external audits, investor ​due diligence, ​fundraising, and treasury operations.

In addition, the team ensures accurate financial reporting and transparency, while proactively managing financial risks across the organization.




✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead K-IFRS closing and external audit processes
  • Lead and finalize separate and consolidated financial closing processes under K-IFRS
  • Oversee communication with external auditors and manage the full audit process
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing schedules and ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Enhance consolidation processes across subsidiaries and affiliates
  • Manage disclosures and financial compliance for a listed company
  • Prepare and review financial statements and footnotes for periodic disclosures (annual, semi-annual, quarterly reports)
  • Review ad-hoc disclosure requirements and ensure compliance with capital market regulations
  • Support financial disclosures through systems such as KRX and DART, when required
  • Design and operate Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
  • Lead the design, operation, and evaluation of ICFR in accordance with listed company standards
  • Identify control deficiencies and establish process improvement plans
  • Manage external audit procedures related to internal controls
  • Support management accounting and business operations
  • Lead company-wide budgeting and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual)
  • Analyze divisional profitability and provide financial reports for executive decision-making
  • Manage cash flow, oversee tax filings (corporate tax, VAT, etc.), and mitigate tax risks
  • Lead ERP system enhancement and financial process automation initiatives



✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10–12+ years of hands-on experience in accounting/finance at a listed company
  • Extensive experience in K-IFRS separate/consolidated closing and external audits
  • Strong practical knowledge of ICFR design and operational processes
  • A hands-on leader who can actively execute working-level tasks when needed
  • Ability to interpret financial data and deliver clear, logical reporting



✅ Pluses

  • Certified Public Accountant (KICPA) qualification preferred
  • Experience in technology-driven industries such as IT, AI, or deep tech
  • Experience building financial processes from IPO preparation through post-listing stabilization
  • Experience working with or responding to Big 4 audit and advisory firms
  • Experience implementing or operating ERP systems such as ICUBE or ERP 10 (Douzone)
  • Ability to communicate in English, including experience managing overseas subsidiaries
