The ​People & ​Culture Team at Nota ​creates ​an environment ​and culture where ​our members ​can ​fully immerse ​themselves ​in ​our shared goals. ​We ​accompany our members ​on ​their ​journey "from pre-boarding ​to post-exit," ​supporting ​their engagement ​and growth ​through ​recruitment, HR policy, ​and organizational ​experience. 📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

As a member of this position, you will help define what a "Nota-like" organization truly means and multi-dimensionally communicate our philosophy and experience to both internal and external stakeholders. You will act as a guide for Nota's culture through creative ideas, auditing existing systems, and helping establish reasonable cultural practices. We are looking for someone who finds joy and achievement in taking their own stories—as well as those of others—and refining them into various creative forms with their own unique touch.




✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Showcase Nota’s culture and ways of working to the world
  • Manage Nota’s Team Blog and contribute regular content.
  • Produce various recruitment and internal branding materials.
  • Create internal content that supports members and the company through growth and change.
  • Design and support programs that foster a healthy culture
  • Plan programs to internalize Leadership Principles (LP) and Core Values (CV).
  • Assist in planning L&D (Learning & Development) programs for member growth and organizational learning.
  • Ideate program improvements through event recording, retrospectives, and analysis.
  • Support the execution of the New Hire Onboarding program.



✅ Requirements

  • A deep interest in the IT startup ecosystem and the AI industry.
  • A passionate attitude toward forming a positive organizational culture.
  • The ability to take on diverse challenges to strengthen Nota’s core values.
  • Experience in writing public-facing content (on any platform).
  • Confidence in conducting interviews and writing multiple articles per month.
  • Experience in attempting to translate qualitative phenomena into data or metrics.
  • A keen interest in connecting small clues to understand a larger context.
  • Readiness to adapt to a fast-paced environment and rapid changes.
  • Genuine affection and interest in the Nota organization from start to finish.

  • Self-driven study of organizational culture or regular reading of related articles.
  • A love for viewing and reinterpreting situations through a creative lens.
  • Experience planning or organizing events/gatherings, regardless of scale or target.
  • Experience turning interviews, coverage, or conversations into compelling text.
  • Proficiency in using various AI tools to maximize work efficiency.
  • An interest in photography and documentation (regardless of skill level).
  • Fluency in English.

By directly experiencing tasks like onboarding, blog interviews, value internalization, and event planning, you will see firsthand how a startup’s culture is designed, tested, and refined. We believe this will be a deeply meaningful milestone in your career.
