👋 About the Team

The Chief of Staff (CoS) Team serves as the central axis connecting Nota’s organization-wide operations with strategic execution. We don't just provide support; we structure collaboration between the executive leadership and various departments, transforming complex decision-making into tangible action. Our team is designed to bridge the gap between long-term vision and actual performance.

We take full ownership of strategic operations and project management to ensure the effective realization of Nota's goals. Our scope extends to analyzing global market trends, establishing strategic directions for company-wide objectives, and driving optimal performance through data-driven decision support.

As a CoS Manager, you will be the CEO’s closest intellectual partner—discussing, contemplating, and converting the company’s vision into concrete strategies and execution plans. In a high-uncertainty environment, you will refine decision-making based on data and logic, creating the structure and rhythm necessary for the entire organization to move in unison.

📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

In this role, you will work alongside the CEO and executive leadership to design Nota's mid-to-long-term strategies and take responsibility for their organization-wide execution. This goes beyond mere analysis and reporting; you will be deeply involved in defining what the "real" problems are and deciding when and where the organization should focus its energy.

You will simultaneously manage multiple strategic initiatives and enterprise projects. You will build the frameworks to ensure executive decisions are accurately communicated and executed on the ground, taking the lead in coordination and driving results when necessary. This is a pivotal position aimed at elevating both the quality of the CEO’s decision-making and the organization's collective execution power during Nota's high-growth phase.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Leading Enterprise Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executives to establish mid-to-long-term strategies and define core agendas.
  • Set strategic priorities and align organization-wide goal systems (OKRs/KPIs).
  • Design execution frameworks and manage the progress of key strategic tasks and projects.
  • Executive Decision Support & Agenda Ownership
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, scenario modeling, and insight generation to support major executive decisions.
  • Structure complex issues into actionable formats and lead discussions toward conclusion.
  • Oversee the planning and materials for high-level meetings, including Board of Directors and Executive Leadership meetings.
  • Market Analysis & Strategic Insight Generation
  • Continuously analyze industry, market, and technology trends, as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Propose adjustments to company strategy based on external environmental shifts.
  • Gather strategic intelligence through major conferences, partnerships, and external networks.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution Enhancement
  • Mediate interests between departments and lead the execution of core enterprise-wide tasks.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and issues arising during strategic execution.
  • Implement structural improvements to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making speed across the organization.

✅ Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, business operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of working closely with CEOs or C-level executives to support or lead strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in structuring complex problems and deriving actionable strategies based on data and logic.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of global markets/industry trends and professional-level English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • No disqualifying factors for international business travel.

✅ Pluses

  • Experience in global strategic consulting firms, corporate strategy units of large enterprises, or fast-growing tech/deep-tech companies.
  • High level of understanding of technology-driven industries (AI, Tech, Semiconductors, etc.).
  • Experience designing or operating C-level decision-making structures.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide change management or operational improvement projects.
  • Experience in high-growth phases within a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills in uncertain situations with the ability to define direction autonomously.
  • Major in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a global environment or managing multinational projects.

✅ Hiring Process

  • Document Screening → 1st Interview → Pre-Assignment → 2nd Interview → 3rd Interview → Offer → Hire

(Additional assignments may be included during the process.)

🤓 A Message from the Team

The CoS Manager at Nota is not just an assistant to the CEO. This position is about taking shared responsibility for the choices Nota makes and how we turn those choices into reality.

You will repeatedly face moments where you must make the best possible judgment amidst a lack of clear answers, a rapidly changing environment, and limited information. However, this also means you will have a direct impact on the company’s growth and direction, thinking and deciding at the forefront of management.

We are not walking a path where the answers are already set. Therefore, this is not a role for following instructions, but a seat at the table where we co-create our direction and complete the execution. We look forward to meeting the person who will help design the next stage of Nota.
