We ​are ​rapidly ​commercializing domain-specific AI ​services while ​continuously ​enhancing scalability ​and automation ​by ​integrating Agent technologies.

We ​are looking ​for someone who wants to build both AI services and Agent-based systems, grounded in strong backend engineering experience.



📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

In this role, you will experience the full journey of applying AI to diverse vertical markets and scaling it into global services. You will turn domain-specific AI into real products, participate in Agent design, and continuously evolve service architecture.

You will also take ownership across the entire lifecycle, from problem definition to design, development, deployment, and operations, helping both the technology and the product grow together.


  • Build and commercialize domain-specific AI services
  • Develop services that apply AI technologies such as Computer Vision, multi-modal, and LLMs to domain problems
  • Use AI-powered developer tools to quickly create PoCs, then harden them into production services with strong performance, stability, and scalability
  • Develop AI Agents
  • Understand LLM tool calling, memory management strategies, and reasoning patterns, and implement robust Agent logic and exception handling
  • Design and implement architectures where the AI services you build become tools the Agent can call
  • Migrate existing services to MCP Servers and implement interfaces
  • Develop service capabilities as MCP Servers so Agents can directly call and utilize them through well-defined interfaces
  • Design and build backend architecture for AI services
  • Deeply understand the characteristics of various AI models (Computer Vision, vision-language models, small language models) and build cost-efficient, scalable inference services
  • Deploy and operate AI inference services via APIs
  • Set up model inference servers across cloud and on-prem environments, and deploy and operate them as stable, API-based commercial services



✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and commercialize AI service backends
  • Prototype and validate services quickly using AI tools
  • Design and build the Agent execution and orchestration layer
  • Design and optimize the Agent runtime
  • Implement MCP servers for AI services and define tool interfaces
  • Integrate multi-modal LLM APIs and design prompts
  • Develop and operate backend APIs for Agents and AI services (resource monitoring, authentication/authorization)
  • Collaborate with business/product teams and AI engineers to analyze customer problems and design services
  • Design and operate Agent service SLAs
  • Define SLI/SLOs such as response latency, availability, and error rate
  • Build fallback, retry, and circuit breaker strategies, along with monitoring systems



✅ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing, deploying, and operating AI-based services
  • Strong CS fundamentals (operating systems, computer systems architecture, data structures, algorithms)
  • Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, or C/C++, and the ability to learn and use additional languages as needed
  • Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Spring Boot
  • Experience designing and building databases using RDBMS such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Strong execution skills to quickly understand complex requirements and deliver high-quality implementations
  • Experience designing and implementing AI Agents or LLM-based services
  • Experience improving development productivity using AI developer tools
  • High standards for code quality, performance, and reliability
  • Strong communication skills to proactively align and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • No restrictions on overseas travel



✅ Pluses

  • Deep understanding and implementation experience of LLM-based Agent loops (Planning → Tool Call → Observation → Re-plan)
  • Experience designing streaming responses and async API architectures
  • Experience implementing complex workflows using Agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
  • Experience designing and implementing multi-agent systems
  • Experience building pipelines for LLM tool calling, function calling, or RAG
  • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) concepts or experience building MCP servers
  • Experience building operations and monitoring systems based on SLI/SLO
  • Experience optimizing backend performance in high-traffic environments
  • Experience optimizing cost and reliably handling global inference requests under constrained resources in multi-GPU environments
  • Experience productizing and serving LLMs, VLMs, or multi-modal models
  • Ability to connect user experience and business needs with technical solutions
