📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of AI-powered products. You will lead product design strategy and work closely with business, engineering, and design stakeholders to solve user problems effectively and drive meaningful business outcomes through well-crafted products.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Product Design Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end product design from early concept to launch
- Define design directions aligned with user needs and business goals
- Design intuitive, usable, and high-quality UI/UX experiences
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Design Consistency
- Collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to achieve product objectives
- Develop and manage shared design systems to ensure consistent product language and experience
- User Experience Improvement & Problem Solving
- Lead user research to identify user needs and pain points
- Go beyond surface-level requirements to define core user problems
- Continuously improve products through hypothesis → experiment → learn cycles
✅ Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT product design
- Proven experience leading user research and solving problems through thoughtful design
- Strong ability to communicate design intent clearly in cross-functional environments
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems or shared design guidelines
- No restrictions on overseas travel
- Design portfolio submission is required
