Our ​primary ​focus is on ​solving challenges ​that traditional computer vision has struggled to address—using VLM (Vision Language Model) as a novel and powerful approach. By leveraging interactions between images and text, we aim to develop precise and effective safety solutions for industrial sites while unlocking new possibilities for innovation and impact.



📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of business strategies for Vision AI solutions. You will also have the opportunity to participate across the entire process of defining solutions for industrial safety products and newly identified business areas—ranging from exploring Product-Market Fit (PMF) to developing and executing go-to-market and expansion strategies.

You will be encouraged to actively share your ideas when solving problems at each stage, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and help guide and drive execution to ensure successful deployment of our solutions.




✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of business strategies for Vision AI solutions
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify new business opportunities
  • Assist in preparing for and coordinating meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners or customers



✅ Requirements

  • Junior or senior undergraduate student (including students on a leave of absence) or a recent graduate
  • GPA of 3.5 or higher (on a 4.5 scale)
  • Availability to work for at least 4 months

  • Strong interest in analyzing problems and finding solutions based on logical thinking
  • Ability to clearly organize and communicate your own ideas, and openness to feedback for continuous improvement

This role will be genuinely challenging and demands a strong sense of ownership. At the same time, it is deeply engaging and rewarding. You will solve new problems every day and see firsthand how the changes you create directly impact both the company and the industry.
We do not yet know whether what we are attempting is technically feasible, nor how it will fully operate in the market. Our mission is to resolve these uncertainties one by one. We are looking for people who are willing to walk this path with us and boldly join this challenging journey.
