📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
As a Business Developer, you will take the lead in identifying and developing business opportunities with key government and private-sector partners in Korea, based on AI-powered solutions developed by the Solution Tech team.
You will collaborate closely with partners and relevant institutions to successfully secure projects, plan and execute AI solutions that reflect the latest market trends, and play a key role in building real-world, technology-driven AI solution success stories.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities through proactive new customer discovery and communication
- Manage sales pipelines with customers and partner organizations
- Identify and execute business opportunities through collaboration with partners
- Support business strategy by analyzing customer needs and market trends
- Develop solution proposals and explore new business opportunities
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in B2G and/or B2B business development and management
- No restrictions on regional business trips or long-term assignments
✅ Pluses
- Experience in direct communication with customers
- Ability to design business plans and prepare proposals
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to set and manage goals and schedules independently in an autonomous work environment
