👋About the Team

The IR Team serves as the official communication channel connecting Nota AI with the capital markets. Our mission is to clearly and consistently convey the company’s operational status, financial performance, and mid-to-long-term strategies to investors and the market.

We operate at the direct interface of the capital markets—managing earnings releases, investor meetings, and regulatory disclosures. By funneling market feedback and investor perspectives back into the company, we play a vital role in supporting senior management’s decision-making process. We collaborate closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Strategy/Business units to balance numbers with messaging, and regulatory compliance with market expectations.

📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

As an IR Manager, you will lead the creation of earnings materials, including quarterly/annual results, Company Briefing slides, and FAQs, while providing comprehensive support for executive presentations. You will be a constant point of contact for institutional and private investors, as well as sell-side analysts, through NDRs (Non-Deal Roadshows), conferences, 1:1 meetings, and inquiries.

Additionally, you will manage communications regarding shareholder return policies and governance issues—such as dividends, treasury shares, and general shareholder meeting outcomes—to maintain stable relationships with key stakeholders.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of major IR activities, including IR meetings for investors and analysts, earnings releases, conference calls, and NDRs (Non-Deal Roadshows).
  • Preparation of quarterly and semi-annual IR materials (IR Decks), fact sheets, and business presentations, including the synthesis of key investment messages.
  • Analysis of market and enterprise value, including stock price trends, shareholder composition changes, and peer group valuation.
  • Establishment of IR strategies and reporting to executive leadership in collaboration with the CFO and relevant departments.

✅ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IR (listed companies), Disclosures, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Equity Research, or Investment Banking (IB).
  • Strong ability to analyze financial statements and explain drivers of financial performance.
  • Foundational understanding of the Capital Markets Act and KOSDAQ disclosure regulations.
  • Exceptional logical writing skills and internal/external communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Business English (written and verbal).

✅ Pluses

  • Experience in IR or disclosure operations for KOSDAQ-listed companies.
  • Experience with capital market transactions (IPO, Relisting, Rights Offering, CB, BW, etc.).
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or AICPA.
  • Experience drafting English IR materials and communicating with offshore investors.
  • Industry experience in sectors relevant to KOSDAQ, such as IT, Biotech, Content, or Platforms.

✅ Hiring Process

Resume Review > 1st Interview > 2nd Interview > Final Selection

(Additional assignments can be included during the process.)
