The AIE Team is responsible for validating and deploying AI models—primarily focusing on Vision-Language Models (VLM)—to meet specific business requirements across various industries.
Team members gain experience in model development and advancement based on real-world industrial data, and experience the entire technical process from AI model development to actual commercial service deployment.
📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
You will engage in practice-oriented projects that utilize AI technology to solve problems arising from diverse industrial domains. Furthermore, your role will extend beyond simply developing models to include the entire process of evolving them into viable AI solutions for real-world application.
Through technical studies based on cutting-edge research papers and performance analysis, you will build a balanced experience between AI research and practical development.
You will also collaborate with experienced developers to build production-level AI systems.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Participate in AI model development projects aimed at solving problems across various industrial domains
- Design and implement solutions utilizing the latest deep learning models in the Anomaly Detection and Segmentation fields
- Apply and validate the performance of VLM (Vision-Language Models) in new domains
- Collaborate with AI Application Developers to select and deploy the optimal model that meets business objectives
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in AI/ML or a related field, or equivalent project/research experience
- Experience in research and development of deep learning models in the Computer Vision domain
- Practical experience utilizing major deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
✅ Pluses
- Understanding and practical application experience with representative VLMs
- Project experience utilizing Deep Learning models related to Computer Vision
- Research or development experience with Anomaly Detection or Segmentation models
- Experience improving model performance across diverse datasets and environments
