The CTO Staff Team is a newly established core organization dedicated to accelerating Nota’s technological growth. Working directly alongside the CTO, the team turns the company’s technology strategy and vision into actionable plans and execution.
You’ll have the unique opportunity to collaborate not only with internal leaders across R&D, product, and business development, but also with global partners and investors such as Samsung and Qualcomm, experiencing the company’s growth from the closest vantage point.
📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
As a CTO Staff, you’ll work closely with the CTO to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and manage key technical projects.
You’ll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee project schedules, and support technical communications with investors and partners — taking a central role in driving the company’s technical advancement.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Translate the CTO’s technology strategy and roadmap into actionable projects
- Manage R&D project schedules, deliverables, priorities, and risks
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Prepare technical documents and presentations for investors, the board, and external partners
- Support global collaborations and PoC projects with clients and partners
- Lead special projects such as new chipset integration, large-scale technical deployments, and due diligence
✅ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Leadership, Program Management, and Product Strategy.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with Executive Management, Investors, and Technical Leaders.
- Possesses a strong Engineering and AI background combined with Program Operations experience.
- Shares the belief that "Technology is the core value of the company."
- Ability to flexibly adapt to shifting priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset.
