The People & Culture team creates an environment and culture where every Nota member can stay deeply engaged in pursuing shared goals. We accompany our members through their journey “from onboarding to offboarding,” supporting their growth and engagement across hiring, HR policy, and organizational experience.
As an internal Learning Mate, we work side by side with teams — thinking, learning, and growing together — rather than observing from the outside.
As an in-house Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, you will oversee the entire recruiting process and take responsibility for analysis and planning to secure top talent. You will use diverse channels to source candidates across various roles and collaborate with the internal culture team to strengthen employer branding.
In this position, you’ll gain experience in adopting a long-term, strategic approach to talent acquisition — analyzing future business and hiring needs, developing strategies to support them, and managing the talent pipeline to build a sustainable and effective hiring system.
(Additional assignments may be included during the process.)
At Nota, TA Managers are not just recruiters — they are strategic partners who design and execute talent strategies aligned with our business and organizational goals. We value those who work closely with team leaders, understand the hiring landscape, and actively identify the kind of talent our teams truly need. If you enjoy collaborating with hiring managers, turning insights into action, and shaping effective hiring strategies, you’ll fit right in.
If you have experience recruiting in tech-driven environments — and can read between the lines of technical resumes to recognize real potential — you’ll thrive here as a Tech Recruiter.
