As we accelerate our journey toward becoming a global AI company, the Chief of Staff team plays a pivotal role in enabling and executing company-wide strategies.

📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end process of discovering, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities in AI, tech, semiconductors, and on-device AI. This includes everything from identifying new business areas and incubating initiatives to managing investments, M&A, and partnerships.

You’ll be involved in all phases of strategic planning and execution—from deal sourcing and market research to structuring, negotiation, and post-deal integration. Your work will directly contribute to achieving Nota’s long-term growth goals and support key decisions aligned with our overall strategy.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess strategic growth opportunities, including new business areas, market expansion, and global initiatives

  • Lead organic growth initiatives:
  • Discover new business areas and formulate execution strategies
  • Support business incubation and execution

  • Execute inorganic growth strategies:
  • Conduct market/industry research and evaluate investment opportunities
  • Manage deal execution processes for M&A, equity investments, and partnerships
  • Source deals and maintain relationships within the investment ecosystem

  • Support CEO-level decision-making:
  • Prepare executive-level reports, investment memos, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders

✅ Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Corporate Development, Strategy, or Investment-related roles
  • Experience with domestic and/or global deal practices
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to build models, perform valuations, and manage due diligence processes
  • Proven ability to derive actionable insights from data and formulate execution strategies
  • Track record of managing cross-functional projects and aligning with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with a solid understanding of global market trends (English fluency required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering)
  • Able to travel internationally without restrictions

✅ Pluses

  • Proven experience owning deals end-to-end (investment, acquisition, joint ventures, partnerships, etc.)
  • Background in Investment Banking (IB), Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), or Accounting/Advisory firms
  • Experience in corporate development, investment, or strategic planning at large enterprises or startups
  • Certifications such as CPA or CFA
  • Understanding or hands-on experience in AI, IT, tech, or semiconductor industries
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive in the fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment

✅ Hiring Process

  • Document Screening → Screening Interview -> Assignment → 1st Interview (Presentation & Q&A) → 2nd Interview

(Additional tasks may be included during the process.)

🤓 A Message from the Team

The Chief of Staff role at Nota goes far beyond supporting the CEO. It’s about helping shape the strategic direction of the company and translating ambiguity into clarity. You’ll be solving unstructured problems through logic, research, and collaboration.

While the journey won’t be easy, you’ll gain experience and perspective that few other roles can offer — all while working at the heart of a rapidly scaling tech company. Don’t worry, though: we’re here to support you. Our team is committed to helping you grow and succeed.

We’re building something no one has built before. There’s no manual, no well-worn playbook. This is your opportunity to co-create the future with us — to turn uncertainty into opportunity, and passion into real impact.
