📌 What You’ll Do at This Position


As a key partner to the CEO, you’ll support core decision-making and help shape Nota’s company-wide strategies and vision. You’ll track external trends, assess market shifts, and guide organizational alignment by diagnosing and refining strategic direction.


In doing so, you’ll facilitate collaboration across teams, manage critical projects, and help solve complex challenges at the heart of the business. Your work will drive real impact in a fast-moving environment—amplifying both operational efficiency and long-term growth.




✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Company-wide Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with executives to establish short- and long-term business strategies and track performance KPIs
  • Identify organizational challenges and opportunities and propose data-driven solutions
  • Plan and manage cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and execution


  • External Trend & Market Analysis
  • Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to extract actionable insights
  • Translate shifts in technology and markets into organizational recommendations
  • Attend major industry events and conferences to gather strategic intelligence


  • Decision Support & Research
  • Provide research and insights to support major decisions and strategic planning
  • Create high-quality presentations and reports for leadership and board-level communication
  • Conduct data analysis to guide operational and strategic choices


  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a liaison between departments to align priorities and improve collaboration
  • Manage project timelines and ensure execution of company-wide initiatives
  • Monitor progress and ensure follow-through on strategic plans



✅ Requirements

  • Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business operations
  • Proven ability to extract strategic insights from data and implement practical execution plans
  • Strong ownership and autonomy in managing complex projects end-to-end
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders
  • Global business awareness and strong English communication skills (fluency required)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • No restrictions on international travel



✅ Pluses

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience working in global teams or managing cross-border projects
  • Industry experience in AI, tech, or semiconductors
  • Strategic or operations experience in startups or fast-paced tech environments
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
  • Previous collaboration with C-level executives
  • Experience solving problems or leading change in complex organizational settings
  • Adaptability and leadership in high-growth, fast-changing environments
