Conduct in-depth research on the latest AI technologies (especially edge/on-device AI), competitors, and market dynamics to support the CEO’s strategic decision-making.

  • Trend Analysis & Insights

Forecast industry trends, identify future risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic direction.

  • Strategic Proposals

Based on research and analysis, suggest business strategies, including new market entry, business opportunities, and growth initiatives.

  • Project Support

Assist in planning, executing, and tracking organization-wide initiatives and high-impact projects.

  • CEO Operations Support

Help prepare for key leadership meetings, manage follow-up actions, and support day-to-day CEO initiatives.

✅ Requirements

  • Strong Research & Analytical Skills

Ability to efficiently gather relevant information and extract key insights to support decision- making.

  • Interest in AI & Tech

A strong passion for and understanding of AI, tech, or edge computing industries.

  • Proficiency in Work Tools

Solid skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or equivalent.

  • Structured Problem Solving

Ability to break down complex problems logically and propose practical solutions.

  • Self-Starter Attitude

Comfortable taking ownership of tasks with a high degree of responsibility and delivering high-quality results independently.

  • Effective Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

(Fluency in English for business communication is required.)

  • Understanding of Startup/Tech Environment

Familiarity with startup dynamics or a strong curiosity about the fast-paced tech ecosystem.

A genuine belief in and motivation from Nota’s vision—and a desire to help drive it forward, side-by-side with the CEO.

  • A proven ability to structure and solve complex problems

🤓 A Message from the Team

The Chief of Staff role at Nota goes far beyond supporting the CEO. It’s about helping shape the strategic direction of the company and translating ambiguity into clarity. You’ll be solving unstructured problems through logic, research, and collaboration.

While the journey won’t be easy, you’ll gain experience and perspective that few other roles can offer — all while working at the heart of a rapidly scaling tech company. Don’t worry, though: we’re here to support you. Our team is committed to helping you grow and succeed.

We’re building something no one has built before. There’s no manual, no well-worn playbook. This is your opportunity to co-create the future with us — to turn uncertainty into opportunity, and passion into real impact.
