👋 About the Team
The NetsPresso Product team is dedicated to delivering Nota’s core AI model compression technology—NetsPresso—to users in the most impactful way. We handle customer research, go-to-market strategies, product planning, development management, and service operations. The team is composed of product managers, designers, and project managers, all working autonomously with a strong sense of ownership.
📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
As a Product Manager for NetsPresso, you’ll need a strong understanding of AI model optimization, especially Nota’s core technology—Hardware-aware Model Optimization. You’ll analyze the market, define strategies, and plan product features that deliver real value to users. You’ll work closely with engineers and designers to manage development progress and ensure that the product enhances user efficiency and meets market needs.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Support technical analysis of NetsPresso and similar tools from competitors or clients
- Assist with gathering technical insights needed for product structure and feature planning
- Provide strategic support for business development and product strategy
- Support workflow automation and other internal initiatives
✅ Requirements
- Strong willingness and ability to quickly understand domain knowledge and market context
- 5+ years of combined experience in IT product planning or management
- Direct or indirect experience in market research, customer analysis, product planning, development management, or operations
- Proficiency with tools like Figma and strong documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with product developers and basic understanding of development concepts
- Available to work for a minimum of 3 months
✅ Pluses
- Proficient in English communication (most clients are based overseas)
- Understanding of the AI domain, especially AI model compression
- Experience as a Product Manager for AI-based technologies
- Experience leading a product management team
