👋 About ​the ​Team

The ​Solution Tech ​Team plays a vital ​role ​in developing ​and deploying AI-powered ​solutions across ​various ​industrial domains ​such ​as ​ITS (Intelligent Transportation ​Systems) ​and industrial safety. ​Leveraging ​state-of-the-art ​technologies—including Computer Vision ​and Vision-Language ​Models ​(VLMs)—the team ​delivers scalable, ​production-ready ​AI systems tailored ​to real-world ​environments. By joining the team, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire technical pipeline, from AI model development to real-world deployment, while working with real industry data to refine and enhance AI models.



📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

You’ll work on real-world, hands-on projects that leverage AI technologies to address problems in diverse industrial domains. Rather than stopping at model development, you’ll be involved in the entire solution pipeline—from planning and experimentation to deployment in practical settings. You’ll participate in regular tech studies based on the latest papers, analyze model performance, and collaborate with experienced AI application developers to create production-ready AI systems.




✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Apply and validate Vision-Language Models (VLMs) in new domains
  • Fine-tune multimodal models and design evaluation metrics
  • Develop auxiliary recognition features using Computer Vision (CV) models
  • Design experiments and analyze results to derive improvement strategies
  • Select and deploy optimal models aligned with business objectives

*Portfolio submission is required.




✅ Requirements

  • 2+ years of practical or research experience in relevant fields such as VLM, Vision, or Multimodal AI
  • Hands-on experience developing and evaluating models using VLM or CV techniques
  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Strong foundational programming skills demonstrated through a relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, AI) or equivalent projects/research experience
  • Ability to logically analyze experimental results and communicate findings effectively



✅ Pluses

  • Experience with leading VLM architectures and their practical applications
  • Experience in deploying CV models in production environments
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices or model serving infrastructure
  • Experience reading, reviewing, or publishing relevant academic papers
