👋 About the Team

We’re a small, fast-moving team focused on defining and solving real problems.

We begin with questions like:

“Is this the real problem?”

“Will people actually use it?”

Then we test fast, build practically, and improve iteratively.

  • We prioritize working code over long documentation.
  • We prefer quick, small-scale experiments over big, slow projects.
  • We actively use AI tools and automation to create tangible, useful results.

We’re looking for a teammate to join us in building and improving internal systems that directly support our team members across the company.

📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

You’ll work as part of the Chief of Staff (CoS) team — an internal consulting and execution group focused on company strategy, operations, and productivity.

As an intern, you’ll:

  • Design and improve internal services that support daily work across the company.
  • See real-time reactions from your teammates — and improve the product accordingly.
  • Experience the full product cycle: planning → prototyping → feedback → deployment.
  • Continuously experiment with new features and iterate based on real user data.
  • Solve problems quickly using tools like Notion, Airtable, Retool, Python scripts, and generative AI.
  • See your work being used by the people sitting right next to you — for real.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and operate decision-support services for internal teams
  • Identify inefficiencies and problems across the org and propose improvement strategies
  • Support decision-making through research, data collection, and analysis
  • Design and improve internal tools for employees
  • Implement automation for repetitive or manual processes
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between teams
  • Operate tight feedback loops with real users across the company
  • Lead or actively contribute to projects from ideation to rollout

✅ Requirements

  • Experience identifying and solving problems with a user-centered mindset
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across different stakeholders
  • Basic scripting (e.g., Python) for automation or data handling
  • Experience rapidly prototyping ideas using tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or other no-code platforms
  • Familiarity with lean methods (e.g., MVPs, fast iteration)
  • Available to work fot a minimum of 4 months
  • No restrictions on overseas travel

✅ Pluses

  • Experience building or operating internal services or tools
  • Interest in observing real user behavior and using insights to improve features
  • Familiarity with generative AI and no-code tools to rapidly build prototypes
  • Hands-on experience across the full product cycle (planning → building → testing → launching)
  • Past experience leading or independently driving complex projects

✅ Hiring Process

  • Document Screening → Assignment -> Screening Interview → Job Interview

(Additional tasks may be included during the steps)

🤓 A Message from the Team

We build tools our colleagues actually use — every day.
Real problems, solved with real usage and real feedback.
We care more about making something useful than making it look perfect.
If you're excited by the idea of solving real-world problems with product thinking and technology,
this internship could be both practical and fun.
Join us in creating meaningful change, one small experiment at a time. 🙌
