The America Tech Team leads Nota’s expansion into the U.S. market. Leveraging our proven AI optimization technology, we identify and solve real problems faced by customers in the U.S. As an early member of this growing team, you will play a key role in shaping global products and gaining diverse experience in a fast-growing market.
📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
You will design and develop backend services powered by Computer Vision and Generative AI technologies. This includes deeply understanding the characteristics of AI models to maximize their performance while also ensuring cost efficiency and global-scale operability. You’ll also take part in rapid prototyping to validate whether new AI features deliver value to real users.
In addition, you’ll be involved in developing on-device machine learning SDKs for platforms like Jetson Orin Nano and Jetson Orin AGX. This includes building PoC code to test new on-device models, optimizing preprocessing and postprocessing pipelines, and enhancing performance through model quantization and layer conversion.
You will be based in our Seoul office under the Korea HQ and primarily collaborate with our U.S.-based Nota team members on global projects.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop deep learning-based edge computing runtimes across various hardware (CPU, GPU, TPU, NPU)
- Turn proof-of-concept ideas into robust, commercial-grade software products
- Collaborate with business teams and AI engineers to understand customer needs and design solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and databases for AI solutions
- Develop, deploy, and manage AI application services
- Build and operate AI monitoring dashboards
✅ Requirements
- Strong understanding of deep learning and embedded systems
- Experience working with Computer Vision (CV) models
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C/C++ or Python
- Ability to develop new applications on CPU, GPU, TPU, or NPU-based embedded systems
- Interest in AI model optimization and openness to learning new technologies
- Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, we welcome self-driven engineers with a strong passion for deep learning and embedded systems
- No restrictions on international travel

- Experience optimizing deep learning models for embedded devices, improving performance metrics such as throughput and latency
- Proficiency in C++, especially in deploying ONNX models to diverse devices
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, TensorRT, TensorFlow Lite
- Familiarity with backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of image processing concepts and experience applying them in real-world applications
- Awards or recognition in algorithm competitions
- Broad understanding of user experience, technology, and business contexts
