The ​Marketing team ​plays a key role ​in ​communicating Nota’s ​AI optimization technology ​to the ​global ​market and ​driving ​the ​democratization of AI. ​Based ​on integrated marketing ​communication ​strategies, ​we lead various ​initiatives including ​branding, ​content production, ​global partnerships, ​developer ​community engagement, and ​planning for ​external exhibitions and conferences.

With a systematic yet creative approach, we aim to showcase Nota’s technical strengths and vision to the world and expand our presence in the global AI market.


📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

As the Marketing Lead, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing company-wide marketing initiatives and driving business impact. You will lead both domestic and global B2B marketing strategies, manage global partnerships and external collaborations, and take ownership of the overall operation and performance of the marketing team.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to apply strategic thinking and execution skills in a fast-evolving industry, while creating meaningful results and growing together with the team.




✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies
  • Establish key goals and execution plans across Marketing, PR, and Design
  • Plan integrated communications and content strategies that align with business goals
  • Analyze industry trends and competitors to shape and execute marketing directions
  • Manage partnerships and external collaborations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and global partners and stakeholders
  • Lead planning and promotion for global exhibitions, seminars, and major external events
  • Oversee internal and external communications
  • Strengthen brand identity and technical positioning through effective stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with media and press to amplify Nota’s vision and achievements externally



✅ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or PR, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience in B2B marketing at an IT company
  • Experience planning and operating domestic and global AI-related exhibitions or conferences
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent English communication skills (subject to verification)
  • Eligible for international travel
