QA ​team works ​closely with product development ​departments ​like NetsPresso ​Tech and Solution ​Tech to ​develop ​and implement ​quality ​management ​processes, ensuring continuous ​improvement ​of product quality. ​Our ​goal ​is to establish ​and nurture ​a ​company-wide QMS ​that guarantees ​we ​consistently deliver high-quality ​products to ​our customers.

📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

As a QA Manager, you will lead the design and execution of quality assurance processes that support the delivery of reliable AI models and software products. You’ll oversee the company’s QMS and maintain ISO 9001 certification, playing a key role in ensuring consistent, organization-wide quality operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain a QMS (Quality Management System) : Establish and continuously improve a QMS in lilne with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
• Process Standardization : Define structured processes, policies, and procedures based on various testing methodologies, including test automation.
• Plan and Execute Testing : Develop test strategies, ceate test cases, and carry out testing.
• Manage Defects : Track, analyze, and resolve defects efficiently.
• Handle Audits : Conduct regular internal audits for ISO 9001 certification renewal and support external audits.
• Train and Educate: Provide training and guidance to the QA team and relevant departments.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other relevant departments to improve product quality.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance and management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience in quality assurance and validation.
• Experience in building and managing test automation processes, along with relevant programming skills.
• Expertise in QA methodologies and tools, with a track record of problem analysis and process improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Must be able to travel internationally without restrictions.

✅ Pluses

• Experience in AI mode development or software validation
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and QMS
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent credentials
