Document Application
Is there a specific format for submitting resumes or portfolios?
Yes, please prepare all documents separately in PDF format and upload them with your application. For example: "position_name_resume.pdf," "position_name_portfolio.pdf."
Are there any helpful resources to review before applying?
If you carefully review our recruitment page, team blog, and the Nota website, you will likely find many hints that can assist you in preparing your application documents.
Can I reapply for the same position after being rejected?
Generally, the reapplication period is set to be after 9 months. However, if you feel that your qualifications are sufficiently prepared before that time, you are welcome to apply again.
Can I apply to multiple job postings?
Applying to multiple positions is not allowed. However, during the document screening process, if we find a more suitable position for you, we may suggest that position instead.
Is submitting a portfolio required in addition to a resume?
It depends on the position. Some positions may require a portfolio. If you want to showcase your abilities to the fullest, submitting various documents together can be beneficial.
Can I attach my portfolio as a URL link?
It's best to prepare the portfolio in PDF format. However, if the portfolio is only accessible through a web link, you can include the link in your resume or career history document.
Can I submit additional materials via email after submitting my application?
Yes, you can submit additional materials at any time. Nota always conducts positive reviews for individuals who actively demonstrate their capabilities. Please send the additional materials to join@nota.ai, with the position name and your name in the file name.
Is it possible to apply for Technical Research Personnel? (Alternative Military Service)
As a Designated Enterprise, We accept applications for both new entry and position changes for Technical Research Personnel. However, applications for Skilled Industry Personnel are not accepted.
Can I apply if my experience is shorter or longer than the specified qualifications?
While the experience period is important, we place greater emphasis on an individual's professional competency, technical skills, and other relevant factors. If you can demonstrate the completeness or expertise of your previous work or sufficient competency matching the specified experience period, we would appreciate it.
Do you have any additional information that would be helpful for prospective applicants?
We offer a congratulatory bonus of 1 million KRW to those who join as regular employees after successfully applying through the Nota career page (career.nota.ai). Make sure to apply through the Nota career page to receive this employment bonus!
Interviews
& Assignments
What is Coffee Chat in the hiring process?
Coffee Chat is a recruitment phase that takes place before the actual interviews. It is an opportunity for the candidate to introduce themselves, their past experiences, and roles. Additionally, it allows the candidate to learn more about Nota's requirements for the position and the specific projects they have undertaken.
Are there hiring assignments for all positions?
No, not for all positions. The presence and details of hiring tasks may vary depending on the job. Please refer to the job postings for more specific information.
Are hiring assignments very difficult?
We conduct hiring tasks to assess the strengths and practical abilities of applicants. While these tasks may not be easy, please remember that their ultimate purpose is to identify problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. We are confident that our high-quality hiring process brings together exceptional individuals to join the Nota Crew.
What should I wear for the interview?
We do not have any specific dress code for interviews. You are welcome to participate in the interview wearing comfortable attire. Likewise, Nota crew members conducting the interview will also be dressed casually to make you feel at ease!
After the interviews

We inform applicants of their acceptance or rejection within 7 days of the recruitment process, including document screening and interviews. Please note that the duration may vary slightly depending on the nature of the position, and if there are any changes, we will contact you in advance to provide guidance.
What should I prepare after the final acceptance?
After passing the second-round interview, we will send you an offer letter to discuss the terms and conditions. Upon your acceptance, we will provide detailed guidance on preparing the employment contract, scheduling the pre-employment medical examination, and purchasing the necessary equipment. On your first day at work, Nota Crew will have a welcome kit and personal equipment ready for all new employees so that you can come with a relaxed and comfortable mindset.
